The hotel had a lovely European castle vibe and the rooms, especially the deluxe king, were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. While the breakfast offered a good variety, the dining could improve in some areas. The location was convenient, but the traffic can be frustrating at times.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, as it's close to both Lembang and Bandung, making it convenient for sightseeing.
