Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a lovely European castle vibe and the rooms, especially the deluxe king, were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. While the breakfast offered a good variety, the dining could improve in some areas. The location was convenient, but the traffic can be frustrating at times.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, as it's close to both Lembang and Bandung, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, I found the rooms to be old and not very clean, and they could use a serious upgrade. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that. Dining had its highs with some delicious options, but also some lows with cleanliness issues. Overall, it’s a decent spot, but it’s definitely not ideal for a comfortable stay.
Overall, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is a bit remote, which means it’s quiet but also far from the city center. The staff were incredibly kind and cheerful, but the check-in process was a nightmare taking almost five hours. The rooms were clean, but the lack of basic amenities, like adequate toiletries and lighting, really affected my experience. Dining offered a good variety, but it did leave me wanting for better quality.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were mostly clean, but I did notice a smell at times, and I had to call for basic toiletries at an odd hour. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to make us feel special. The location was nice if you're into plant shopping and offers good views, but it was a bit far from the city center. Dining had a good variety, though the main food could be better. Overall, it's a solid choice for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, especially with some blood spots and watermarks I found. The hotel is located close to both Lembang and Bandung, but the traffic situation can be frustrating. Overall, it's a decent choice, but I wouldn't rate it a five-star experience.
